Numerous protocols have been developed for the functionalization of aromatic substances. Among them, the strategy by which aromatic substrates are activated in situ to generate dearomatized intermediates is highly efficient but challenging, especially in the field of asymmetric catalysis. In this Concept article, the application of some well-established chiral Lewis base catalysis, including primary/secondary amines and N-heterocyclic carbenes, that can covalently form catalyst-tethered dearomatized ortho/para-quinodimethane species with diverse heteroaryl and aryl carbonyl substrates is summarized in a number of asymmetric cycloaddition and addition reactions with diverse reagents generally having electrophilic properties. The development of high-efficiency electrocatalysts with low costs for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is essential, but remains challenging. Herein, a new synthetic process is proposed to prepare Ni3S4 particles embedded in N,P-codoped honeycomb porous carbon aerogels (Ni3S4/N,P-HPC) through a hydrogel approach. The preparation of Ni3S4/N,P-HPC begins with the sol–gel polymerization of tripolyphosphate, chitosan, and guanidine polymer that contains metal-binding sites, allowing for the uniform incorporation of Ni ions into the gel matrix, freeze-drying, and subsequent carbonization under an inert atmosphere. This synthesis resolves difficulties in synthesizing the pure Ni3S4 phase caused by the instability of Ni3S4 at high temperature, while affording good control of the porous structure and N,P-doping of carbon aerogels. The synergy between the structural advantages of N,P-carbon aerogels (such as easily accessible active sites, high specific surface area, and excellent electron transport) and the intrinsic electrochemical properties of Ni3S4 result in the outstanding OER performance of Ni3S4/N,P-HPC, with overpotentials as low as 0.37 V at 10 mA cm−2. The tumor microenvironment (TME) significantly influences cancer evolution and therapeutic efficacy. Targeting biofunctional molecules to the TME has long been appreciated as a means of raising local drug concentrations and reducing systemic toxicities. The booming nanotechnology field has realized the importance of cathepsin B to derive a variety of intelligent enzyme-responsive nanosized drug delivery systems (nanoDDS) to improve treatment responses and clinical outcomes. In this tutorial review, after introducing the molecular structure and physiological/pathological functions of cathepsin B, the outstanding achievements of cathepsin B-responsive nanoplatforms in the precise diagnosis, targeted therapy, and synergistic theranostics of malignant tumors are systematically described. 针对中国环流器2号M(HL-2M)装置中用于核聚变物理实验等离子体的垂直不稳定性控制的快控电源拓扑结构,充分考虑线圈的自感与互感对输出的影响,构建出数学模型,首次提出并运用虚拟中心电流法,使得控制算法更加简单,采用多输入多输出的控制方法,利用2个参量控制3个变量。本文基于基本供电方案得到多线圈耦合电压,基于快控电源拓扑推导出快控电源电路方程,再将其合并得到最终的线圈电压数学模型,最后进行仿真验证。结果表明数学模型搭建正确,为今后进行进一步计算提供了坚实的基础。 相似文献

First-principles methods have been applied to explore the electronic and optical properties of BYF single crystals heavily doped with the Ho3+ ion (16.33 and 30.36 mol%). The electronic properties calculations manifest that the top of the valence band is dominated by 2p-orbitals of the F atoms and 4f-orbitals of the Ho atoms. The new defect states are dominated by 4f-orbitals of the Ho atoms which exist in the forbidden band. The principal absorptionat around 5.13 eV (241.7 nm) and 5.75 eV (215.7 nm) occurs in ultra-violet range owing to the electronic transitions from the occupied 2p-orbitalsof the F atoms as well as 4f-orbitals of the Ho atoms to empty 4f-orbitals of neighboring Ho atoms. Moreover, the influence of crystal field will split the energy levels of rare earth ions and easily release the parity forbidden condition of free rare earth ions resulting in f-f transition. Therefore, there may be a 2 μm luminescence in the Ho-doped BYF crystal. 相似文献
